Sarah Fisher

Sarah Fisher is the Office Manager of SERVPRO of Chicago Heights/Crete/Beecher and runs a tight ship. She started out in 2009 with us and was born and raised in Kankakee County. She is certified in Water Removal and Drybook, but she now focuses on accounting, budgeting, auditing of jobs and maintaining documentation and compliance. She has keen communicative skills both with customers, ensuring their complete satisfaction, and staff and production team members. Sarah finds time to go camping, fishing, and doing cookouts with her family and dogs.

Erinne Ferrias

Errine Ferrias is our SERVPRO Human Resources Manager, and she loves her job and the office staff. She strives to keep employment compliance on an even keel and is ecstatic on how all the team members focus on providing the best possible and empathetic service, to our local customers after suffering devastating losses from water or fire. She loves her new role as a mother and stubbornly is still trying to win her Fantasy Football League. She is a winner with us.

Justin Jackson

Justin Jackson is a specialist as a carpet cleaner with SERVPRO. For quite a few years he has utilized his CCT (Carpet Cleaning Tech) certification to clean carpets in homes and commercial buildings. He does many mold remediation services after water damaging events since he is also certified as an AMRT, Applied Microbial Remediation Technician. Justin enjoys spending time with his daughter and his dog and enjoys a good meal while watching a movie. 

Eric Gill

Eric Gill is that special Crew Leader that by example, generates excellent results for our business and residential customers. He answers their questions and ensures a stress-free zone for them. Eric is well-trained and certified as a Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) and as an Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT.) When not helping customers Eric plays softball and spends a lot of time with his family.

Dawn Palmer

Dawn Palmer is the Painting Manager and a part of the Construction Crew at SERVPRO of Chicago Heights/Crete/Beecher. She has extensive experience in painting and managerial roles. Dawn is also the onsite Quality Inspector and helps with disaster, fire, and storm mitigation. What makes Dawn a great asset to the team is that she has a great work ethic, and she also brings a woman's touch and eye for detail that isn't too common around the office. She has been working for our team since 2012 and was actually one of the first employees to head off our division of rebuilds. Her favorite pastime includes cooking, computer bowling, pinball, and hanging out with friends and coworkers.  She also enjoys helping other with painting projects.

Adam Goodman

Since June 2012, Adam Goodman has been the Production Manager at SERVPRO of Chicago Heights/Crete/Beecher. His job requires going to customers’ homes or businesses to do estimates, making sure that the day to day operations are running smoothly, and instructing our crew members of what jobs they will be doing that day. Not only is Adam certified in Water Mitigation, but he also is certified in our Drybook Program. From the beginning, Adam has been a crucial member of our storm team. Some of his hobbies are participating in adult softball and coaching youth sports.

Bill Wilczynski

At SERVPRO of Chicago Heights/Crete/Beecher, Bill Wilczynski has been the Sales and Marketing Representative since 2014. Originally from Chicago, he currently resides in Ashkum, Illinois. In the arena of Commercial Insurance in the Property and Casualty field, he has over 30 years of expertise. Bill's work experience before SERVPRO included underwriting major corporations for Insurance Carriers domiciled in North America and Lloyds of London and Surplus Lines Broker on complex Fortune 1000 Companies for AON, Willis, and Marsh. His background in risk management is beneficial to our clients. Bill majored in Roman History and Linguistics at Universidade de Santiago de Compostela, Espana, and Quincy University.

Shelbie Collett

Shelbie Collett is an Administrative Assistant at SERVPRO of Chicago Heights/Crete/Beecher since November of 2013. She is a Kankakee, IL native who loves to go boating with the people who mean the most to her. Besides being a car enthusiast, she finds the time to have had several poems published. Shelbie is very strong with numbers and is an immense help with accounting, scheduling jobs, and other daily routines that take precise attention. Customer satisfaction is her goal, and she likes helping out her co-workers. Shelbie is a real team player.

Traci Gill

Traci Gill is a SERVPRO of Chicago Heights/Crete/Beecher Production Manager responsible for the smooth implementation of restoration and remediation. She is corporate certified, with additional certification from the IICRC in Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying and Applied Microbial Remediation, mold mitigation. Traci coaches and leads the way with our production crews to restore customers' homes "Like it never even happened." She is happy to return clients quickly to their homes. When not working, Tracing likes to sing and DIY projects.

Mike Randolph

Since 2007, Mike Randolph has been the Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Chicago Heights / Crete / Beecher. With certifications from the IICRC in Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration, Microbial Remediation, and Water Damage Restoration as well as Repair, Painting, and Lead Safety for Renovation. Mike enjoys playing golf, spending time with family and friends, and barbecuing. He was born in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mike has lived in eight states in his thirty-eight years.

Rob Friend

SERVPRO of Chicago Heights/Crete/Beecher's flooring manager is Rob Friend. Rob has over 20 years of expertise in flooring sales and installation. He has been working with us since 2009. To find out more about fire, water and mold damage repair, call us first.

Ryan Zhe

Ryan Zhe joined our SERVPRO team in 2016 . What he loves most about working for SERVPRO of Chicago Heights/Crete/Beecher is that there is a different situation every day. When he comes into the office, he never knows what he will be doing or who he will be helping. When Ryan is off the clock, he enjoys playing video games.
