Kitchen Remodel due to Mold in Crete

The leak in the drink dispensing line from the source inside the base sink cabinet to the refrigerator went unnoticed long enough for an impressive mold colony to form. Large portions of the drywall were not salvageable, along with the lower cabinetry. We demolished the mold affected areas of this kitchen in Crete, wrapped and removed all the debris as per protocols, scraped off some residual colony growth, and applied an antifungal agent. The homeowner requested that we gut the entire kitchen as he wanted to remodel anyway, and this was good timing.
